Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders ship complimentary via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on package size. Each piece is packed in custom packaging designed to protect the cup and arrive gift-ready by default.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Packaging
Every order ships in a custom, reusable box lined with natural cotton — designed to be kept, not discarded. The cup is wrapped in tissue and seated in a molded insert. A care card is included with each order.
If you would like to include a handwritten note, add the message in the order notes at checkout. There is no additional charge for this.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the piece and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
