Our Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, undamaged pieces in their original packaging.

A Note on Variation

Each cup is inspected before it ships. If you believe your cup arrived with a manufacturing defect rather than shipping damage, contact us and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unsure whether a variation in your piece is a defect or a natural characteristic of the making process, please contact us before initiating a return. We are happy to help.

How to Return

Step 1. Email us at info@thejasonstewartcollection.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return is eligible within one business day.

Step 2. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging. We recommend using the original box and insert, as they are designed to protect the cup in transit.

Step 3. Ship to the address provided in your return confirmation email. Please use a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Step 4. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please photograph the packaging and the piece and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
